Guest Service : Greet and welcome guest upon arrival Ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere Assist guests with check in, check outs and enquiries Respond to guest requests, concerns and feedbacks promptly and proffesionally 2. Food and Beverage management Menu planning and coordination with the kitchen team Food inventory managemnet Supervise and coordinate operations Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies equipments 3. Team management Train and manage hotel team Schedule and oversee staff activities Conduct regular perfomance evaluations 4. Financial management Assist in budgeting and financial planning in hotel Monitor expenses and revenue Maintain accurate record of financial transactions and prepare report for management 5.
