Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Supervise staff, including training, performance evaluations, and talent development.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management, and marketing principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
