Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance overall efficiency.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and other activities.
Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security within the hotel premises.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts, preferably with a background in luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental sustainability practices.
