Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest service and high-quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellent performance.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel profitability.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and front office operations.
A graduate degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
