Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance overall efficiency.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and other activities.
Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security within the hotel premises.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts with a strong background in hospitality management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
A graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
