Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Greet guests warmly, welcome them to the establishment, and ensure they have a positive experience from the start.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Hostess or Front Desk Manager in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
