Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
