Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hostess. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and a smiling face, as they will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Responsibilities :
* Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival* Manage reservation lists and seating arrangements efficiently* Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable* Maintain a professional and cheerful attitude at all times* Coordinate with service staff to ensure excellent guest experience* Handle guest inquiries courteously and assist when needed
Requirements :
* Smart and well-groomed appearance* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor* Ability to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently* Freshers are welcome to apply training will be provided
