Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hostess to join our team, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and appreciated.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Hostess or in a related field, with a strong background in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
