Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Hostess with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Hostess or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
