Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls and walk-in customers.
Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
