Position: Hostess Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 0–5 Years Salary: Depending on experience Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-groomed Hostess to welcome guests, manage table reservations, and ensure an excellent dining experience at our restaurant in Ahmedabad. ( THIS IS FOR OUR RESTAURANT, NOT FOR THE COMPANY) Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive. Manage table bookings and seating arrangements efficiently. Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest service. Provide menus and offer information about specials or promotions. Handle guest inquiries or complaints politely and professionally. Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation. Ensure guests leave with a positive impression. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
