Job Summary:

We are hiring a warm, confident, and customer-focused Hostess to join a premium fine-dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create a welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
• Coordinate with the serving staff to maintain smooth table flow
• Maintain a neat and presentable front-desk area
• Provide basic information about menu and services
• Handle customer queries and assist in maintaining high hospitality standards
• Support overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving concerns

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate in any field
• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality / customer-facing roles (freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong communication skills — English proficiency preferred
• Confident, pleasant personality with customer-first mindset
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
