Company Description Established in 2014, Effingut Breweries has combined its passion for great beer and love of experimentation to create legendary craft beers. With five brewpubs across Mumbai and Pune, and a team of 300 vibrant individuals, Effingut prides itself on crafting food and beer that venture away from the routine and conventional. We consistently have 10-15 beers on tap, using local ingredients to highlight Indian flavors. Our beers, ciders, and meads are always fresh, handcrafted, and free from chemicals or artificial additives. In addition to our extensive beer options, we offer a diverse multicuisine menu to enhance the Effingut experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Brewer. The Assistant Brewer will be responsible for supporting the head brewer in the brewing process, including operating brewing equipment, monitoring fermentation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and performing quality checks. Additionally, the role involves assisting in recipe formulation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Assistant Brewer will work closely with the brewery team to ensure the production of high-quality craft beers that align with Effingut's standards. Qualifications Experience in brewing operations and working with brewing equipment Knowledge of fermentation processes and quality control Understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards in brewing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a brewery or related field is a plus Relevant certifications in brewing or related courses are beneficial Show more Show less
