Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Brewer. The Assistant Brewer will be responsible for supporting the head brewer in the brewing process, including operating brewing equipment, monitoring fermentation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and performing quality checks. Additionally, the role involves assisting in recipe formulation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Assistant Brewer will work closely with the brewery team to ensure the production of high-quality craft beers that align with Effingut's standards. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at Effingut Breweries, located in Gurugram. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the brewpub, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. Tasks include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, handling customer queries and feedback, and training new employees. The Captain will also assist in organizing and promoting theme nights and special events. Qualifications Experience in food and beverage management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards Organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
