Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Brewer. The Assistant Brewer will be responsible for supporting the head brewer in the brewing process, including operating brewing equipment, monitoring fermentation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and performing quality checks. Additionally, the role involves assisting in recipe formulation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Assistant Brewer will work closely with the brewery team to ensure the production of high-quality craft beers that align with Effingut's standards.
