Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads from open market and convert them into business opportunities by providing home loan solutions. Conduct site visits to assess property documents, verify KYC, and appraise properties for loan purposes. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure seamless processing of loans from lead generation to disbursement. Meet sales targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
