Key Responsibilities (SEO Enhanced No Change in Data)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual business targets in
HVAC / Industrial Cooling solutions
.

Lead
B2B project sales
in Pharma, Cold Storage, Food Processing, Industrial Warehousing, Data Centres & Infrastructure sectors.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities in
HVAC, Insulation & Industrial Cooling
domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
Consultants, Architects, Contractors, OEMs, and Key Decision Makers
.
Manage end-to-end project sales, including inquiry generation, technical discussions, costing, and negotiations.
Drive marketing initiatives product promotions, exhibition participation, seminars, and digital campaigns.
Work closely with Design, Technical & Installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and MIS updates to management.
Lead, mentor & monitor regional sales teams to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies (SEO Optimized)

Strong technical knowledge of
HVAC Systems
Chillers, AHUs, VRF, Ducting,
Insulation
, PUF Panels, Fire Rated Solutions.
Proven experience in
B2B HVAC project sales
with a strong network of consultants, contractors & OEMs.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Leadership ability to drive team performance & meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and project sales tracking.
