Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Business Strategy

  • Develop and implement a region-specific sales and penetration plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify emerging segments and high-potential business clusters across industrial, commercial, real estate, and infrastructure verticals.
  • Track regional competition, pricing trends, and customer expectations to refine strategy proactively.

2. Consultant, Architect & MEP Engagement

  • Establish strong technical relationships with leading consultants, architects, MEP houses, HVAC contractors, and project specifiers.
  • Deliver structured technical presentations, IAQ discussions, and product demonstrations to position Astberg as a preferred ventilation solutions provider.
  • Ensure specifications, BOQs, and tender documents incorporate Astberg products across relevant projects.

3. Channel & Distribution Management

  • Appoint, develop, and support dealers, distributors, system integrators, and Astberg Air Studio partners.
  • Implement performance-monitoring frameworks, incentive programs, and structured product training for channel partners.
  • Ensure partners adhere to company commercial policies, reporting formats, and brand guidelines.

4. Sales Targets, Negotiations & Revenue Management

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commitments.
  • Manage large-value negotiations, technical approvals, and project closures.
  • Prepare periodic sales reviews, pipeline forecasts, market intelligence reports, and budget planning.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead a team of regional sales executives/engineers with clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, on-field training, and skill development programs.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, coordination, and customer-first approach.

6. Marketing, Promotion & Brand Visibility

  • Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to execute regional promotional activities, exhibitions, consultant meets, and product showcases.
  • Support digital initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and regional brand-building programs.
  • Drive regional visibility through strategic outreach in collaboration with channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Established network with consultants, architects, and MEP professionals.
  • Strong experience in channel development and partner management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Strong presentation skills and technical comfort with ventilation/HVAC products.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting systems, and MS Office tools
