Job Title: Region Head NCBD (New Car & Bike Dealerships)

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 510 years

Team Size: 45 people

Job Overview:

Region Head

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital or concept selling, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Dealer Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, driving motivation and high performance.
  • Sales Ownership:

    Drive business growth for CarDekho’s NCBD vertical across Delhi NCR by achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Dealer Network Management:

    Strengthen relationships with existing dealers while identifying and onboarding new car and bike dealerships to expand market coverage.
  • Client Engagement & Retention:

    Maintain strong relationships with key dealer partners, ensuring consistent business performance and high satisfaction levels.
  • Revenue Growth & Upselling:

    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding dealer requirements and aligning them with CarDekho’s digital offerings.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor market trends, competition, and regional dynamics to develop actionable insights and regional strategies.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of business outcomes through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Track sales performance using Excel and prepare business reviews and presentations in PowerPoint for senior leadership.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Digital / Concept Selling
  • Team Handling & Mentorship skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (for data analysis and reporting)
  • Expertise in PowerPoint (for business presentations)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to HNI or Premium Client Sales
  • Experience in Automotive or Digital Sales domain
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics across Delhi NCR

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Automotive, or Digital Media industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
