Job Description

As a Regional Head at Millennium Group, your role involves driving the franchise expansion strategy by effectively leading Sales & Support Managers. You will be responsible for acquiring franchise partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring regional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, manage, and drive Sales & Support Managers to achieve franchise sales goals. - Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Monitor regional sales performance, provide leadership, direction, and support to meet or exceed targets. - Identify and qualify potential franchisees through proactive research and networking. - Collaborate with Sales Managers to assess market potential, devise regional strategies, and manage the pipeline. - Support in negotiations and closing franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company standards. - Coordinate regional campaigns and events with marketing teams for franchise acquisition. - Oversee the franchise sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures. - Conduct performance reviews, provide training and support to Sales Managers and Regional Heads. - Analyze competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. - Ensure franchisees meet company's qualification standards before onboarding. - Report regional sales performance, forecasts, and strategic adjustments to senior leadership. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree preferred). - 10-15 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, with a track record in leading multi-region teams. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in franchise management or similar field. - Willingness to travel extensively to manage and support regional teams. **Key Competencies:** - Leadership and team management skills to motivate and drive results across regions. - Strategic thinking with focus on regional market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Results-oriented with commitment to achieving goals. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to regional challenges.
