Job Title: HR Executive (Recruiter)
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai (5-minute walking distance from station)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive (Recruiter) to join our team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for BPO and lateral positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calling to identify and engage suitable candidates
* Source candidates through job portals and professional platforms
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
* Handle BPO and lateral hiring as per client requirements
Requirements:
* Experience: 0 to 3 years in recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
* Freshers with a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply
Compensation:
* Freshers: 12,000 per month + Monthly and Quarterly Incentives
* Experienced Candidates: Salary based on last drawn CTC + Monthly and Quarterly Incentives
Training and Support:
* Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided
* Access to job portals and tools required for sourcing
* Regular mentorship and guidance from senior recruiters
