We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern HR Recruiter to support our hiring process. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while learning the fundamentals of recruitment. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources (HR) and Talent Acquisition. Duration - 6 Month Mode Of Work- Remote Location - BHUBANESHWER Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or email. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities. Support HBR's social media branding initiatives by engaging with potential candidates online. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Help with documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
