SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across non-technical functions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a candidate-centric approach and driving continuous improvement through data and analytics. Additionally, you will support key HR operations, contributing to a seamless employee experience and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with 5 10 years of experience in recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building talent pipelines that fuel growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate agency performance for both niche and bulk hiring needs.
  • Plan and execute recruitment drives including campus hiring, walk-ins, and special talent acquisition events.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS/HR databases, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and implementation of HR policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely operational HR support.
  • Contribute to HR audits, documentation, and preparation of HR-related MIS reports.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • 5 10 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, and managing recruitment drives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail - oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, with experience in generating reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
