Job Role: Associate Recruiter Location: Noida CTC- 1.80LPA- 2.40LPA (Depends on experience & skillset) Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Connect with 150-200 leads daily via calls, messages, and emails. Screening & Shortlisting Assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinating Interviews – Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Database Management – Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Who Can Apply? Freshers & Experienced Recruiter Candidates welcome. Strong communication & negotiation skills . Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
