Job Role: Associate Recruiter Location: Noida CTC- 1.80LPA- 2.40LPA (Depends on experience & skillset) Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Connect with 150-200 leads daily via calls, messages, and emails. Screening & Shortlisting Assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinating Interviews Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Database Management Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Who Can Apply? Freshers & Experienced Recruiter Candidates welcome. Strong communication & negotiation skills . Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
