We are looking for a Hiring HR Recruiter to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Hiring HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
• Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in our applicant tracking system
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the job market context of India
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus
