Position: HR Recruiter

With a strong network of 1,80,000+ educators, we partner with global clients to deliver high-quality education services.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process management for various educational and academic roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring requirements.
Handle documentation, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports regularly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
