Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Remote (Work from Home) Working Hours: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Working Days: 5 Days/Week (Rotational Weekly Offs Mostly Weekends) Industry: Online Education / E-Learning Experience Required: 4 to 7 years Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our remote team supporting a US-based client in the global online education sector. This is a hands-on technical role that spans cloud infrastructure, automation scripting, server administration, and light programming across both Windows and Unix environments. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain AWS EC2 instances across Far East and US regions Perform EC2 migrations, backups, and regular maintenance tasks Create, monitor, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure Scripting Automation: Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for Azure and LDAP tasks Develop Bash scripts for service monitoring, log management, and automation Directory Services Identity Management: Administer Azure Active Directory and LDAP-based user management Support user provisioning, directory sync, and authentication Database Operations: Manage SQL Server databases including creation, replication, and backups API Integration Monitoring: Maintain and enhance PHP scripts for third-party API integrations on Unix system.
