factory HR, labor law compliance, recruitment, training & development, performance management



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead HR strategy, policy implementation & organizational development
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory & office
  • Manage factory HR operations: shifts, attendance, grievance management
  • Oversee compliance: labor laws, audits (BSCI/SEDEX/ISO)
  • Improve employee engagement, culture & workplace discipline
  • Implement HRMS, payroll coordination, and data-driven HR processes
  • Drive performance management systems and supervisor development
  • Support expansion and manpower planning for growing units


What are we looking for


  • 8–15 years of HR experience
  • Strong background in

    manufacturing / textile / apparel / garments

  • Experience managing

    500–1500 employees

  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR
  • Leadership mindset + hands-on execution capability
