Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop modern Westernwear for women including dresses, co-ords, jumpsuits, tops, and skirts
Research fashion trends and translate them into seasonal collections
Create mood boards, color palettes, and trend forecasts
Work closely with pattern makers, sampling, and production teams
Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments
Ensure high-quality finishing, garment fitting, and detailing
Participate in range planning and brand storytelling

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 to 7+ years of experience in Western or Indo-Western womens wear
Strong understanding of silhouettes, draping, and construction
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
Passion for contemporary aesthetics and detailing
Excellent creativity, team coordination & communication
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute preferred
