Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  Western wear collections

  including dresses, co-ords, jumpsuits, tops, and gowns.
• Research global and Indian

  fashion trends

  and adapt them into brand-specific designs.
• Oversee

  sampling, fittings, and creative garment development

  (not production supervision).
• Create

  sketches, mood boards, and CAD designs

  .
• Select

  fabrics, trims, and accessories

  suitable for Western silhouettes.
• Work with

  sampling, pattern-making, and production teams

  to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure proper

  fitting, finishing, and quality standards

  in garments.
• Contribute to

  seasonal range planning

  and collection launches.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in

  Western wear / Indo-Western fashion design

  .
• Proficiency in

  Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  silhouettes, draping, and garment construction

  .
• Creativity with a keen eye for detailing and finishing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to relocate to Surat for a full-time, on-site role.
