Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle

    customer queries and support requests

    through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide

    accurate product and order information

    to international customers.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain

    customer records, reports, and follow-ups

    for smooth service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, design) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a

    high level of customer experience

    aligned with company standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    6 months or more in customer support (non-sales profile).
  • Strong

    verbal & written English communication

    skills.
  • Ability to handle

    international customer queries

    with professionalism.
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).
  • Problem-solving attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
  • Willing to work

    full-time, on-site in Surat
