Role & Responsibilities: Design high-end bridal wear collections (lehengas, gowns, sarees) Expertise in embroidery, fabrics, embellishments & draping Collaborate with sampling, tailoring & production teams Research global bridal trends, color palettes & customer preferences Ensure fit, quality and luxury finishing in every outfit Preferred Candidate Profile: 8+ years of experience in bridal wear designing Strong understanding of ethnic silhouettes, detailing & premium bridal aesthetics Able to create detailed sketches and design boards Confident in working on-site with production & styling team Must be open for a 1-day trial at Surat location before final selection Perks and Benefits: Salary as per skill & experience (up to 7 LPA) PF + 18 Paid Leaves Exposure to international clientele Creative growth in premium ethnic fashion industry Shortlisting Process: Candidates must email : Updated Resume Bridal Portfolio / Work Samples Email: hr.skbretailindia@gmail.com
