Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and techniques to develop new and innovative designs.
• Conceptualize and sketch original designs for seasonal collections.
• Create detailed tech packs, fabric selections, and color boards.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
• Oversee sample development and participate in fittings and design revisions.
• Maintain strong awareness of market trends and competitors’ products.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Present collections to management and buyers with clear creative rationale.
• Manage timelines to deliver designs within collection deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Fashion Design

  ,

  Textile Design

  , or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in apparel design (kidswear / menswear / womenswear — depending on your brand).
• Proficiency in design software such as

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D

• Strong sense of color, texture, and fabric properties.
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and production processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with
