Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design Indian menswear collections including
Kurta Pajama, Sherwani, Indo-Western
, etc.
Research market trends, fabrics, embroidery techniques, and seasonal styling.
Create design boards, tech packs, and sketches (manual/digital).
Collaborate with sampling, tailoring, and production teams.
Ensure high-quality finishing and alignment with brand aesthetics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in
ethnic menswear design
.
Strong understanding of Indian fabrics, embellishments, and silhouettes.
Excellent communication, creativity, and team coordination skills.
Willing to work from Surat office (full-time, on-site).
Portfolio with recent menswear designs is mandatory.
