Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive to join our Examination Coordination team. This role involves ensuring seamless execution of online examinations by resolving real-time technical issues and providing prompt support via tickets, emails, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & resolve technical issues during online examinations using

  Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools

• Respond to

  tickets, emails, and chat queries

  promptly to minimize exam disruptions
• Escalate unresolved/critical cases to

  Tier 2 Support

  as required
• Coordinate with

  Exam Ops & Technical Teams

  for issue tracking and improvements
• Validate & generate

  exam codes/links

  as per protocol
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases, actions, and resolutions
  
• Ensure compliance with

  SLAs

  and deliver high-quality support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years experience in

  Technical Support / Helpdesk / Customer Support

• Strong

  verbal & written communication

• Hands-on experience with

  Freshdesk

  or any ticketing system
• Ability to multitask and manage

  multiple exam sessions

• Basic understanding of

  system troubleshooting

• Strong

  analytical and coordination

  skills
