Location: Vadodara
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (MondayFriday)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
Salary: 2.43 LPA (Freshers) | 3.6 LPA (Experienced International BPO)
About the Role
We are hiring Financial Voice Call Associates for our Vadodara office. The role involves direct communication with US-based lawyers, providing support related to insurance matters and bankruptcy processes. You will be responsible for sharing accurate information and ensuring smooth coordination with legal professionals in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US lawyers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information related to insurance and financial procedures.
Conduct research to support legal and financial documentation requirements.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and adapt to different communication styles.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Requirements
Graduate (any stream)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
International BPO or voice process experience preferred
Ability to manage professional communication with US attorneys
