Drive insurance sales with assigned customers mapped to the VRM. Deliver outcomes aligned with key metrics such as NPS, service levels, service quality, and sales performance. Ensure high-quality communication while meeting productivity and service benchmarks. Provide a consistent and delightful customer service experience, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Adhere to information security protocols and quality process standards. Stay updated and comply with any process-related updates or changes. Actively implement feedback from Team Leaders, or Quality Analysts to enhance performance. Job Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: Graduate. Employment gaps exceeding one month are not acceptable. A minimum of one year of tenure in the current organization is mandatory. Strong conversational and English communication skills are essential.
