Onboard and train new agents to ensure they understand company policies, product offerings, and sales strategies. Track agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Preferred candidate profile At least 2-3 years of experience in life insurance sales, with a proven track record in managing or leading agency channels. Strong background in agency recruitment, training, and performance management. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
