Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Draft, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications in collaboration with hiring managers
Conduct job analysis to define responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectations
Post job openings across multiple platforms including job boards, newspapers, and campus portals
Source candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and innovative sourcing techniques
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration
Organize and facilitate Rewards & Recognition (RNR) sessions to promote employee engagement
Assist in payroll processing including data validation and coordination with finance
Maintain and monitor attendance records and leave management systems
Support HR compliance and documentation processes
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operational efficiency
Contribute to HR audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate periodic reports for leadership
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication effort
Proven experience in conducting various interview formats (structured, stress, competency-based)
Skilled in selection techniques including phone screening and reference checks
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, job portals, and CMS tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent judgment and candidate evaluation capabilities
