Job Description

We are Hiring for Document Controller

Role : Document Controller

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline preferably from the technical background.

Experience : Min 2 yrs

Location : Gurugram, Hisar, Zirakpur

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records and documents related to the projects, operations, and regulatory compliance.
Ensures proper organization, accessibility, and confidentiality of all documentation, contributing to efficient departmental workflows and adherence to government standards.
Copy or scan materials; organize, maintain, and safeguard files and database.
Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible in both electronic and hard copy formats
Regularly update document logs, registers, and trackers for ongoing projects
Implement and follow document control procedures as per ISO/Project standards
Maintain and control the flow of project documentation (technical drawings, plans, vendor documents, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, etc.)
Converting paper documents to digital format by scanning them using software linked to the EDMS
Assist in audits and compliance checks by maintaining complete, accurate document records
Distribute documents to internal teams and externals (consultants, contractors, clients) as required
Ensure timely retrieval and submission of critical project documents
Manage requests for documentation
Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper documentation
To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
