Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified preferred or MBA/PGDM in Finance.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial management

Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and industrial financial operations.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities include

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and corporate governance standards.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of all company documentation.
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting the company, including changes in corporate laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely filing of IT returns, TDS, GST, and other statutory filings
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support company goals.
• Overseeing accounting, taxation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitoring cost control and profitability
• Developing funding strategies and maintaining relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Implementing internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
