Profile: Customr Service - Inbound Voice Process

Eligibility:

  • Male/Female can apply
  • Alteast 6 Month Calling Experience Required
  • Education: Graduate mandatory
  • Age:

    18 - 32 years

  • Good communication skills in

    English

  • No employment gap more than 6 months

    75% Customer Service | 25% Cross-Sell

Job Responsibilities:

  • Explaining Kotak 811 features & digital banking benefits
  • Handling inbound queries & support
  • Maintaining client data & follow-ups
  • Upselling/cross-selling products as required

Shift & Work Policy:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts (For females:

    07:00 AM 08:00 PM window

    )
  • Sunday & holiday work applicable
  • Rotational week-offs:

    8 per month
