Job Role: Telecaller Outbound - Sales Officer Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll (Direct Payroll of Kotak Bank) Eligibility Criteria: Gender: Male / Female Experience: Minimum sales experience required (Freshers not eligible) Education: Graduate (Any discipline) Age Limit: 18 to 32 years Communication Skills: Basic to average English communication Ability to read English and give a self-introduction Employment Gap: No working gap exceeding 6 months Salary: Up to ₹3.10 LPA CTC (based on interview performance) Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience and basic English communication can earn up to ₹4.00 LPA CTC Incentives: Up to ₹24,000 per month (performance-based) Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank’s payroll Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift) Weekly Offs: 8 days per month 4 Sundays + 4 Saturdays To schedule your interview or for more information, contact: HR Mayuresh - 7030021322
