Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Rajarhat. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers and driving sales growth by promoting Bajaj Finserv's financial products. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, explaining product offerings, executing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with channel partners and timely reporting on sales activities are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and experience in handling client interactions and concerns
• Proficient in lead generation techniques and effectively converting opportunities into sales
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product details and benefits
• Experience in sales operations and managing the sales process effectively
• Familiarity with channel sales and building partnerships with third-party distributors
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial services and sales is a plus
