Job Description

Promote insurance products through various channels without resorting to cold calling techniques.
Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of insurance products and credit cards to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with team members and engage in cross-selling and upselling activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Participate in virtual and face-to-face interviews during the hiring process.
Adapt to a 6-day working, ensuring high productivity and achievement of goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

0-3 of experience in the sales domain are welcome to apply.
Graduate is Mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex financial products to clients effectively.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
