Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned leader with expertise in data science, AI/ML, and telematics to drive our digital twin initiatives. You will leverage large-scale telemetry to uncover actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs for EV part and components. By integrating advanced analytics, predictive models, and scalable platforms, you will help shape our digital twin strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
Qualification
- Master's degree or more in data science, Computer Science, Engineering,
- Proven success applying data science and AI/ML to telematics for predictive maintenance, optimization, or operational improvement.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, AWS Glue, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MATLAB, and familiarity with IoT/cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Databricks for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a record of guiding teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
Role Description:
1. Strategic Roadmap & Vision:
- Develop and execute a long-term digital twin strategy centred on effectively using telematics data to improve operations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure initiatives align with business goals and deliver strong ROI.
Telematics Data Integration & Analytics:
- Oversee the ingestion, cleansing, and integration of telemetry, ensuring accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to establish robust pipelines for real-time and historical data analysis.
AI/ML-Driven Insights & Predictive Maintenance:
- Implement AI/ML models—predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, usage-based insights—that anticipate potential failures, reduce warranty costs, and improve asset utilization.
- Apply advanced analytics to identify underlying patterns and inform data-driven strategies.
Performance Optimization & Scalability:
- Develop scalable digital twin architectures capable of handling complex datasets and simulations.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive technological edge.
Standardization & Governance:
- Define best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for digital twin development and data analysis.
- Ensure robust security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with engineering, operations, product management, and finance to align analytical insights with strategic objectives.
- Present findings through clear dashboards, reports, and presentations, enabling prompt, informed decisions.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects that drive business value..
