Supplier Engagement Support for Training and capability enhancement of supplier representatives Implementation of improvement initiative of supplier kaizen. Participation and leadership during project kick-off meetings (internal and external) and Post Mortems. You ensure unanswered items are tracked and resolved to minimize production issues. Ensure industry standards are understood and adhered to: OSHA, AISC, CISC etc. High level comprehension of engineering codes and standards.
