Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our team and drive growth in the Gujarat region. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the local shipping and air cargo logistics market and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and senior leadership.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Gujarat's logistics landscape, including key ICDs, seaports and airports.
  • Clear understanding of import/export cargo routes and trade lanes from regional industrial hubs.
  • Basic awareness of customs clearance and shipping / Air cargo / freight forwarding documentation.
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.

About the Role:
- The Head of Sales for Gujarat will lead sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the region. - This role involves setting goals and performance metrics for the sales team and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. - You will be responsible for identifying market trends and opportunities to position Jeena and Company as a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry. About the Team: - You will manage a diverse team of sales professionals dedicated to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. - The team is focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery. - Close cooperation with marketing, operations, and customer service teams is vital to meet client needs and drive business success. You are Responsible for: - Developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the Gujarat market. - Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports to present to upper management. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client loyalty. To succeed in this role – you should have the following: - Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the logistics or related sectors. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and motivate the team effectively.
