Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:

    Actively find and meet potential customers through field visits and cold calling to open new CASA accounts.
  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new account openings and deposits.
  • Cross-Selling:

    Promote and sell additional bank products and third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and loan products to new and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    Assist customers with the application and documentation process, ensuring all KYC and compliance guidelines are followed.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on product features, services, and market trends.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    Maintain a sales pipeline, log customer interactions in the CRM system, and follow up on leads.

Salary - Upto 5 Lpa + incentives

  • Degree must
  • Bike + License Mandatory
  • Experience - 0 to 5 years
  • Exp in Banking product sales must
  • Age Below 35
