About The Role
We are seeking an accomplished and growth-driven leader to head our
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) business
, an emerging division supported by one of India’s most trusted real estate and facility management brands.This role will lead large-scale
corporate fit-outs, coworking build-outs, managed office projects, and GCC workspace setups
for global and domestic clients establishing offices in India.The position is ideal for a senior professional with a strong technical foundation, proven sales capability, and deep experience overseeing end-to-end project delivery in fast-paced environments. You will define the direction of the PMC business, build a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence and client success across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership & Growth
Lead the PMC division with accountability for strategy, revenue growth, delivery excellence, and profitability.
Identify and pursue opportunities in corporate fit-outs, coworking spaces, managed services, and GCC expansion projects.Build partnerships with architects, consultants, vendors, and technology solution providers to scale the business.
- Client Relationship Management
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.
Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance on design, build, cost, and delivery models.Represent the brand in client presentations, governance meetings, and project reviews.
- Project Delivery & Operational Excellence
Oversee all phases of project delivery: feasibility, planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, safety practices, and compliance norms.Manage execution standards across multiple geographies to ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets and profitability.
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional PMC team comprising project managers, design coordinators, QS/estimators, site leaders, and vendor partners.
- Financial & Commercial Management
Drive profitability through cost control, competitive sourcing, contract management, and accurate forecasting.
Lead project costing, bidding, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients and vendors.Monitor project cash flows, invoicing milestones, and financial health.
- Governance, Reporting & Risk Management
Establish governance frameworks for project reviews, quality audits, risk assessments, and escalations.Present periodic business performance reports to the CEO and leadership team.Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual commitments.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) is
mandatory
.Consistent performance track record in both
project management and business development/sales
.Strong exposure to delivering corporate interiors, large-scale fit-outs, and workspace transformation projects.
Desired Skills
Strong leadership presence with the ability to scale a business unit from early growth to maturity.Deep understanding of client expectations in coworking, GCC setups, and managed office projects.Ability to drive operational excellence through systems, processes, and quality frameworks.Excellent communication skills—capable of influencing senior stakeholders and global teams.Strong commercial acumen and comfort in managing high-value negotiations.Relationship-driven approach with the ability to build trust across clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience Requirement
Minimum
15 years of experience
in project management, corporate fit-outs, interior contracting, PMC, or allied industries.Proven experience leading complex, multi-city corporate fit-out projects and managing P&L or business unit responsibilities.Experience working with coworking operators, managed office brands, or global capability centres (GCCs) will be a strong advantage.

CEOServes as a
second-in-command
for the PMC business with full strategic and operational ownership.
Compensation
Total CTC budget:
Up to
₹80 Lakhs per annum
